All orders are processed within 15–20 business days, depending on the product type and availability.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
In case of delays due to high demand, material availability, or unforeseen events, customers will be notified via email or phone.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all products across India. There are no additional delivery charges applied at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location within India.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistical factors or regional serviceability.
4. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we ship only within India.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
5. Shipping Partners
All deliveries are handled by our own logistics team, ensuring safe handling and secure delivery of your furniture from our warehouse to your doorstep.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment status.
7. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately at queries@mag-nora.com with photos or videos of the package for assistance.
8. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of order confirmation. Address changes made after dispatch may not be possible.
9. Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, lack of customer availability, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery attempts or reshipping fees.
