At MAGNORA, we take pride in the quality of our furniture and craftsmanship. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers can request a return within 2 days of receiving the product, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- The customer initiates the return process by contacting us at queries@mag-nora.com within 2 days.
- The customer provides clear photos and an unpacking video as proof in case of damage or defect.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Please note that customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping. The product must be securely packed and sent back in its original packaging to avoid further damage during transit.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products, subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must share unpacking photos and videos as proof within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product will be replaced after verification by our quality team.
- Exchanges are not applicable for issues arising after the first inspection upon delivery.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days after receiving the product.
Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with:
- Unpacking video and photos as evidence.
- Order ID and product details.
We will review your request and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund as per our inspection results.
7. Cancellations
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement, as production or packaging may have already started.
